JOB SUMMARY - Human Resources Manager Manage, administer an d/or lead in the areas of recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, retention, and employee relations.
Additionally, ensure that all human resources policies, procedures, and programs are consistently administered and enforced in line with the company's goals, compliance with various professional standards and any state or federal regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and lead with initiatives including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, retention and employee relations as needed Manage and lead so that human resources policies, procedures, and programs are consistently administered and enforced in line with the company's goals, compliance with various professional standards and any state or federal regulations Manage and lead the proactive support of employee and labor relations to minimize grievances and/or to settle at earliest stage of grievance process Manage and lead the coaching, counseling, advice and risk assessment on HR/employee related issues for staff and management Manage, administer and/or assist annual performance management, and merit processes, including coaching, and documentation Manage and lead the conducting of exit interviews for departing employees Manage and lead in daily operations, business planning, and budget development for human resources programs Manage and lead various and/or additional locations and/or personnel as assigned Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Long Term Care Experience Preferred 3-5 years relevant experience 1-3 years management experience Training experience preferred Job Type:
