Responsibilities Taking payments and collecting final balances via online payment processor Registering and licensing with Villages and Cities Requesting certificates of insurance and bonds from our insurance company Scanning and emailing necessary documentation promptly Sending and receiving mail/email daily Making sure we have the appropriate permits and licenses for each project Calling/texting customers information about their upcoming fence installation Handling finance applications for customers Ideal Work Experience Working with computers Working with online calendaring systems (like Google Calendar or iCal) Experience working with the general public over the phone Skills You must be good with computers Being able to talk on the phone and type at the same time Ability to multi-task The use of Google Calendar is a plus Use of any CRM is a plus The use of Gmail is a plus Education There are no educational requirements for this position.
